You can use the ProWebSMS Business Messaging app to integrate SMS messaging in your Shopify store.


More information about the app can be available at https://apps.shopify.com/smshare or from its developers Techconvergence.


To use ProWebSMS Business Messaging with NESS SMS service, you should follow these steps to connect to our service:


  1. Install the ProWebSMS app in your Shopify store from the Shopify marketplace.
  2. Go to ProWebSMS "Ecommerce & Apps" settings, select "Shopify" and connect your store.

  1. Go to the "SMS Gateways" section, "View/Add" to add NESS SMS gateway.
  2. Add a descriptive label to recognize the gateway.
  3. Add these parameters:

API URL: https://traffic.sales.lv/API:0.16/

API HTTP method: POST

The destination field: Recipients

The message field: Content

DLT field (optional): Leave empty

Add these additional fields:

    • Name: APIKey, Value: your actual API key from your account
    • Name: Command, Value: Send
    • Name: Sender, Value: your actual sender ID assigned to your account that you're using for the store


Enter connection settings


  1. Customize SMS settings in the app (SMS templates, scheduling, trigger events, etc.) according to your preferences.
